NYC Tech Talent Pipeline (TTP)

New York City Department of Small Business Services | NYC, NY

  • Fostered the growth of diversity & inclusion within the NYC tech sector, led teams through successfully recruiting, hiring and training 250+ under-represented tech talent into a portfolio of 100+ tech and media start-ups.

  • Instituted process improvements such as authoring the first HR manual that standardized program operations and rolled out an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that increased applicant pool from 50 to 400 in 1 yr; enabling efficient tracking and reporting of applications, demographics, engagement, performance, and retention KPI’s; hypergrowth resulted in the initiative scaling by 10x.
